To dispose the large amount of medical waste, we have developed the advanced medical waste pyrolysis plant, which is aimed at converting waste into wealth.

The medical waste pyrolysis plant adopts the famous pyrolysis technology, which can convert waste into useful resources, such as fuel oil and carbon black. The end-products both have a wide range of applications. The oil can be used as industrial fuel materials for burning, or further refined to diesel or gasoline. The carbon black can be used for construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. They are both in high demand and fetch good prices in the market, which will surely bring great benefits for you.

To satisfy various customers’ demand, we have designed four models of the plants available for your choice, BLL-16, BLL-30, BLL-40 and BLL-50. It is noted that the BLL-16 type is semi-continuous operating plant, while the BLL30, BLL-40, BLL-50 are all fully continuous operating plant.

    As a professional manufacturer of waste pyrolysis plants in China, we have designed our medical waste pyrolysis plants with these advantages:

    1. The four models respectively have quite large processing capacities of 20t/d, 30t/d, 40t/d and 50t/d. The semi-continuous plant can work 3-4 shifts per day and it needs one hour to cool down the reactor before the second batch. While the fully continuous plant can run for 24 hours per day without a stop.

    2. The feeding of materials and discharging of carbon black are both automatic. Especially for the fully continuous type, it can also finish the two steps at the same time, which can not only save a lot of time, but also improve working efficiency.

    3. Before the pyrolysis process, it needs disinfection system and crushing system. The pre-treatment step can make the pyrolysis process more efficient.

    4. We have designed two styles of the reactors. For the semi-continuous plant, the reactor is 360-degree rotating. This special design makes the bottom of reactor heat evenly, which lengthens the service life of reactor as well as improve the pyrolysis speed. For the fully continuous plant, it is stable and not rotary, which makes the temperature rise and pyrolysis react quickly. This special design makes the whole pyrolysis process efficient and can also save much heating materials.

    5. The plant is equipped with safety device (alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, extra gas recycling system, fire fighting devices) and advanced dedusting system (water washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption and activated carbon adsorption), which will guarantee safety and no pollution in production.

    6. Our fully continuous pyrolysis plant adopts new type of condensers which has larger cooling area and better cooling effect. In addition, we can provide special catalyst, which is made from 24 chemicals. The catalyst can not only reduce sulfur content and density of oil, but also improve its flavor and color.
