Through pyrolysis process, waste plastic is effectively turned into fuel oil and carbon black. Both of the end-products are useful resources and also have wide applications. The oil can be used as industrial fuel materials for burning, or further refined to diesel or gasoline. The carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. They are in high demand and can fetch good prices in the market. Especially the fuel oil, it also can help in relieving energy crisis.
Besides, there are several factors that affect the oil output rate. Firstly, different materials have different oil output rates. For example, PE,PP and PS all have about 50%-70% oil output rate, while ABS have 40%. Secondly, the rate also differs according to the materials’ humidity. For example, wet leftovers of paper have 15-20% oil output rate, while dry leftovers of paper have 60%. Moreover, the operating systems also influence the oil output. For our spray plastic pyrolysis equipment, the continuous system has higher oil yield and higher efficiency than bacthing system.
No matter which operating system you choose, we will provide you with special catalyst. The catalyst is made from 24 chemicals, which not only reduces sulfur content and density of oil, but also improves its flavor and color. Thus, the unique catalyst can guarantee the oil’s quality, and also guarantee the oil output rate as high as 50%-55%.
